The charge for each half-hour lesson is $12.00. Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is expected on a monthly basis, amounting to $48.00 for a full month of 4 lessons. Payment for each month is expected in advance, on or by the student's first lesson date of the month. Payment can be made by mail or brought with the student to his or her lesson. No lessons will be taught without prior payment. Bad checks will result in an additional $10.00 fee. Please note that rates may increase occasionaly during my teaching career as I gain experience, and parents will be notified before additional charges are added.
Fees for missed lessons are non-refundable. Lessons missed due to illness, weather, or family emergency may be made up at my discretion if I am given notice of the situation on the day of the lesson or as soon as possible thereafter. Lessons missed by me will be made up or credited to the student's account.
Parents will be expected to pay for a student's course materials. If a student takes home music from my own library to practice, he will be responsible for replacing it if it is lost or damaged.
